Home since 1984. Being that Debbie grew up and worked in restaurants she really
gained her commitment to service. From the hospitality business Debbie decided
to get her real estate license in 2001.
Debbie and her husband have raised two amazing
children and have deep roots in the local area. Being that she is local girl
she has a very loyal clientele. Her business is mainly by referral, but she

Meet Anne Marie…
Anne Marie Sharkey-Yibirin was born & raised in Glasgow,
Scotland. Before coming to live in South Florida, she spent a couple of years
in Marbella, Spain selling properties, & over 5 years traveling the world
while managing & supervising health & beauty salons, for a British concession
on board several cruise ships. She has been selling Real-Estate Full time in
South Florida since 2000
Having travelled the world and working with all nationalities,
and now living in a multi-cultural paradise that attracts people from all
corners of the world, she is familiar with the challenges & concerns that
foreign buyer may encounter.
She has a clear understanding of people and
the meaning of good customer service. She prides herself as tireless worker
with a strong work ethic to complete tasks. Working long hours, being creative
